here's a little trick from Helen's mom: grab a super boring book and bring it to bed with you. Start reading, and before you know it, you'll be dozing off. When you feel that wave of tiredness hit, just toss the book aside and snooze right then and there. No need to worry about finding the perfect sleeping position, just crash out however you want. Trust me, it works like a charm!
