I've tried it! It's just a nice background noise that helps distract you while you fall asleep. I highly reccomend if you find yourself lost in thought when you should be sleeping.
here's a little trick from Helen's mom: grab a super boring book and bring it to bed with you. Start reading, and before you know it, you'll be dozing off. When you feel that wave of tiredness hit, just toss the book aside and snooze right then and there. No need to worry about finding the perfect sleeping position, just crash out however you want. Trust me, it works like a charm! keep us updated...
