Hey guys, I've been feeling super anxious about school and it's affecting my mood all day. When I get home, I feel too tired to even speak, let alone talk to my family. Is this normal or should I be concerned with my health?

Tell your parents! They're on the same team as you and they will try and help you in any way they can. Something I found especially useful when I deal with this is scheduling my day more effieciently. I find that when I don't have to think about everything I need to do and i can just follow my calendar everything starts to feel far more manageable.
