Hey guys, I've been feeling super anxious about school and it's affecting my mood all day. When I get home, I feel too tired to even speak, let alone talk to my family. Is this normal or should I be concerned with my health?

Tell your parents! They're on the same team as you and they will try and help you in any way they can. Something I found especially useful when I deal with this is scheduling my day more effieciently. I find that when I don't have to think about everything I need to do and i can just follow my calendar everything starts to feel far more manageable.

As a fellow student, after school fatigue is real! I immediately hit the sheets when I get home haha :) Taking a fat nap and relaxing after a long day at school is often the best option. Though if it's really serious and has a negative impact on your relationships, I think u should ask ur doctor or school nurse to make sure everything is healthy.
I'm thinking to switch one course from high level to normal level so I can handle it well. Don't want to burn myself out
it's not a bad idea to chat with someone about it. Maybe a teacher, school counselor, or a parent. They can give you some solid advice and help you out. Your health matters, dude, so don't hesitate to reach out if you need it! 💪😌🌟
Same here my friend. This is my junior year in high school. The 1st marking period is already tough.
Hi! I can totally relate. I sometimes spend too much energy thinking about my grades or college apps that I forget to take care of myself. Try to focus on doing ur best in the present moment and letting the rest take its course. Make sure ur getting enough sleep too!
